Comfortable hotel, the location was FAVOURABLE. The room was spotlessly clean, it included central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television. All the staff was helpful. Good restaurant provided Italian dishes.

I keep coming back to this place because the staff helped me find attractions. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, car park, coffee shop, shuttle, TV. No pets, AC, no smoking. Perfect for a city break.

The location was marvelous, just steps away from Via Cola di Rienzo. It was very close to all attractions, the Ottaviano tube station, and cafes. - Our room was exceptionally clean and immaculate. - We had a view of the courtyard from our room, which was lovely.

The rooms were perfect and fairly quiet with hypo-allergenic pillows, and the location was fantastic, near an ancient Roman necropolis.

Great stay at Fabiola's Home! The room was clean and comfortable - with all the amenities we needed. The location couldn't have been better - right next to the Metro and close to Vatican City. Fabiola was an amazing host - offering local insights and even arranging a car service for us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fabiola's Home. the rooms were clean and well-organized, with attention to every little detail. the location was perfect, right on the metro station and just a short walk from the Vatican. the price was very reasonable, making it a perfect choice for young holiday goers like us.

Loved the continental breakfast - felt like I was in a breakfast buffet battle royale. Metro right outside, great for world record attempts on sightseeing. Goodbye, calories!

The location of this accommodation is perfect, as it is very close to the Ottaviano tube station, making it extremely convenient to visit all the attractions in the area. You can easily access the subway right on the metro station. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a great base to explore the city. The service provided by Fabiola was excellent, as she was helpful and accommodating. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options, including pastries, fruit, and beverages.

It was all superb.

Breakfast was a feast, with all sorts of delicious snacks and pastries. I practically rolled out of bed and into St. Peter's Square, it was that close!

I enjoyed blinding myself every time I laid on the bed because of the lights, it was a truly enlightening experience.
